In the final of the ECB 50+ played at Wormsley, yesterday (Sunday, 18 September), the Headmaster top scored for Derbyshire, with 45 out of his side's 182 for 7 in 45 overs. In reply, Kent fell 7 runs short, the Headmaster taking the final wicket, in the final over, finishing with 3 for 29. Derbyshire were crowned ECB 50+ Champions.
