FR-2 through to the IET Formula 24 National Final

We have now had confirmation that FR-2 has qualified for the IET Formula 24 National Final to be held at the Goodwood Motor Circuit near Chichister, West Sussex, on October 16th.  The car qualified 36= nationally out of the 179 cars that took part in the various regional heats. The top 75 cars will compete at this exciting event. 

The top 15 finishers of the Final will then be invited to race next year in the 2012 Corporate Challenge, being the first race of the season, where all corporate entries are welcome to take part (can be affiliated with a school). Currently cars are entered by Jaguar-Landrover, Bently Motors, Citroen to name a few of the motor manufacturers but there are others, too, from a non-motor sport background.
